What you buy
When you buy a Marlow plugin, you buy a license to use it. You do not buy the software itself, and you do not buy the right to resell or redistribute it. The license is yours, for your work, on your machines.
Activations
A license activates on a set number of machines. Move it whenever you need to by deactivating one machine and activating another. The license travels with you, not with a particular computer.
What you may not do
Share your license key. Resell or redistribute the software. Pull it apart to rebuild it elsewhere, beyond what the law allows you to do regardless of what we write here. None of this is aimed at you. It is aimed at the few who make tools harder to keep making.
Updates
Updates within a version are included. We name our revisions rather than number them in public. When a plugin changes, the release note will tell you what changed and why, in full sentences.
Refunds and the right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days from purchase to change your mind. Write to us and we will refund you in full. You do not need a reason, and downloading or using the plugin does not cost you the right. This is the withdrawal right EU consumer law gives you. We keep it whole rather than asking you to waive it at checkout. We would rather you keep a tool because it earns its place, not because the return window closed.
No warranty beyond the work
We make these tools carefully and we test them. We cannot promise they will suit every system, every session, or every purpose you have in mind. The software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the license.
Changes
The catalogue changes. These terms may change with it. When they do, the date above changes, and the version you agreed to at purchase is the one that governs that purchase.

Marlow is a trading name of Swedish Sound Group AB, org.nr 556952-8705, Kastellgatan 21A, 413 07 Gothenburg, Sweden. VAT number SE556952870501. When you buy a license, your agreement is with Swedish Sound Group AB. Prices include VAT where it applies. These terms are governed by Swedish law, and nothing here removes the consumer rights you hold under it.
