Tape Sway 1.1 is released
More tape, more sway. Tape Sway 1.1 adds Rec, Spring, Drag and Drop, Destroy and a bigger echo. It's free if you own Tape Sway.
Tape Sway 1.1 is a free update if you own Tape Sway, and trials are reset. Install it over 1.0 and your sessions open sounding the same.
What's new
- Rec. Hit the tape hard or barely touch it. Push it and it saturates. Pull it back and the hiss comes up.
- Spring. A spring reverb behind the echo. Drip, splash and a little boing.
- Drag and Drop. Hold Drag and the tape slows, let go and it springs back. Drop plays a tape stop, spin or rewind on the beat. Draw a pattern and it plays them every bar.
- Destroy. For when clean is the problem: a failing amp, creased tape, a clogged head.
- Duck, Auto Gain and Delta. Let the effect swell in the gaps, keep the level where it went in, and hear only what the tape adds.
- A bigger echo. Multi-head, Worn wears each repeat a little more, and Freeze holds the loop.
- Bands on every module. Keep the low end still while everything above it sways.
- Five kinds of noise and eleven more presets. Hiss, grain, crackle, hum and ghost.

Coming from 1.0?
It looks a bit different. Wear, Echo and Pitch moved onto the panel, and Age is now a module. The presets sit on the left spine, and your account opens from the Marlow logo. The manual has the full list of what moved.
Try this first
Put it on a kick. Turn Indep down to 0 so the kick stays in the middle, click Tight in the Output panel, and push up Destroy for some hard-hitting drive.
